This house is built on a lanscape of jagged rocks surrounding a lake which gives it an almost island effect. It has enough room for a small family with a bit of room to expand. It was built using base game only objects except for the invisible tiles I used for the swimmable lake made by Frillen. Though I have only used basegame objects, the house was built with all other EPs installed, so you will need those too (Uni-Freetime). I also highly recommend the invisible tile object if you'd like to make a swimmable lake of your own! Using regular invisible tiles will still show an edge and make the lake look less realistic.

About the swimmable lake- You can only enter to swim with a diving board. In order for your sim to exit, click on the pool ladder to get out. If you have the Seasons EP, the lake will be full of fish. You unfortunately cannot fish off the deck, but you can on the corners of the land the house is on.

Also- the water is a bit deep in areas and your sim will look submerged. This can cause the hair to not show up right. Don't worry, it will come back when the sim gets out!

First Floor:
There's enough room for a kitchen and dining area (which is divided by a half wall) as well as a small bathroom and some extra living space. A door leads out the back so you can have a backyard patio barbecue.

Second Floor:
This has the master bedroom which has an area for a bathroom within. Doors lead out to the balcony, which would be perfect for stargazing. There's also another small room which you can use for a child's bedroom, study, small gym, or whatever you'd like.

I've play tested this for one sim day and have found everything working properly. If you have any problems with it, please let me know! Hope you like it!
