Allows travel to community lots without requiring a baby sitter (nanny) to watch your toddlers and babies.

A baby sitter is still required for going on vacations though. Toddlers, babies, and even pets need a baby sitter when the family leaves for a long vacation. I left that requirement in on purpose.
