To rent an apartment already furnished:
- Ctrl+Alt+C and type the cheat boolprop testingcheatsenabled true.
- Shift+Click on the door of the apartment, select Rent furnished.
- Turn the cheat off typing boolprop testingcheatsenabled false for avoid issues.
