And yes..it is furnished! This Victorian farmhouse featgures a wrap around porch, lovely landscaping, all skill builders and is STILL under $20k! Other features include:

This one took me hours and hours to get just right...I think I rebuilt it about 15 times at least. My goal was a starter that didnt look like a starter and had room to grow so that your sim could actually live there for a while. The genie lamp on the front porch is a great housewarming gift, too!

There are no night shots because I just didnt have the money for exterior lighing. I'm good, but I m not THAT good. Anyway, once your sim wishes for riches from the genie, you can add all ther extras you want. Enjoy!
