Ecohouse, also known as the hybridhouse_1 or the Tim Palen Studio by ecotechdesign .

A 1-bedroom, 1-bath desert retreat for the solitary sim who likes to read, paint, or practice Tai Chi and yoga.

This lot has a wonderfully serene, minimalist vibe that somehow required 39 files of CC to achieve so an unfurnished version, with only the 12 build items, is also available.



As always, the Maxis recolors and required master files did not pull with the Sim2Pack and are included separately in the .zip. Place in your Downloads folder before installing the lot.
