A minimalistic house for a single sim or two, with a covered porch on the side. All basics are there (bookcase, stereo, dresser, mirror, and a full kitchenette) but no more than that and no room for any extras.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Prices given below (F = Furnished; U = Unfurnished) are when placed on a regular 20x30 lot.

Built on the smallest lot I have (16x18), so it can be rotated in any direction on every other lot. I think all sides of this house would look good as a street side.
