If you want to install the stairs properly, please follow the directions given in the thread linked above. This lot will work just fine if you don't, but you won't be able to select or change the stairs or use them in other lots (they won't show up in the catalogue, which is what the installation procedure is for).


Description:
Country-style starter house with attic and basement, very sparsely furnished for 1-2 sims but with room for more. This is an expanded/modified version of Newbie Road 51 -- I always wanted to make a version with basement, and now with those excellent crocobaurian stairs I can!

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom (1 furnished)
1 x kitchen/dining
2 x spare room (empty)
1 x basement (empty)

Basics included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, trash can, smoke detector, bookshelf. NO burglar alarm. The little niche in the middle of the top floor can easily be made into another bathroom if you need one.

This is designed to work for everyone: does not require any EPs as it was made with Numenor's BaseGameStarter (check it out if you haven't already), tested in Seasons for weatherproofness, has enough room for driveways in front of the house if you have NL. Can easily be tweaked into a Bay Tree Drive lot if you add a fence and plunk down some alley trees.
