The Modestly Minimalist Modern

I got a wild hair. No idea how I started this... I suppose my downloads folder was out for some reason so I was in-game with no CC and decided I'd try something. Well, a little time and it became a personal challenge. I can't use CC, not even a little. And I didn't. Surprise! I know I am. But, I'm quite happy how it turned out. It really was a challenge feeling so limited/restricted, but I love a good challenge.

It's a multi-angled and vibrant modern home with a minimal decor; austere, very plain interior- beiges, browns and whites, which allows accents of color to "pop". Modest applies more to the "restricted" aspect than anything else. And, of course, it's modern... I just can't stay away. I like modern. So, enough chatting. I'll let you continue. -3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths

-simple, yet, lush landscaping

NOTE: I've included 1 Grey Glass Floor tile by Neveah223 in a separate folder. This is for those of you that may want the skylights on the roof to actually be skylights. This floor tile is NOT INCLUDED in the lot.
