I'm so pleased, I'm finally able to rename the television stations in the Sims 3! Now before you ask, yes, it is possible in the sims 2, and no, I personally don't know how to do it for sims 2. Right now there are only U.S. type channels included, because I live in the U.S. and I don't know the names of any other channels. If you would like to offer suggestions of channels from your country I can include them, just post them in this thread. I would like to have done U.K. , Canada, and Australia as well. Of course I will consider any channels from other countries if you would like me to make them for you. Currently this only works for the English version of the game. To install, simply place in your mods/packages folder as always, or use Delphy's monkey installer, or Delphy's monkey installer + Delphy's framework installer if you have World Adventures.


Here's what's changed:


Action World is now Spike TV

Got Garden is now HGTV

Terror TV is now Showtime Horror on Demand

KidZone is now Nickelodeon

Fishing Francais is now OLCN (This may be a local channel for Southern ,U.S. not sure, but it's a fishing channel)

Romantic Rendezvous is now Lifetime

Cookin' Cable is now Food Network

Sports Universe is now ESPN

Super Shopping Network is now QVC

Halls of History is now The History Channel
