Here is a modern or contemporary 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with lots of windows and fragrant pines all around. The high ceilings give a feeling of space and freedom for your Sims. Some of the windows are overlapping, and if they don't appear as they should when you enter the lot, use cheat code move_objects on and replace them for a multi-story window look. This neutrally decorated home with wood tile throughout should give you ample opportunity for redecorating in your own style. My test sim, Adam Zinzinger (I got the name off TV, I believe he's a congressman) doesn't care about decor as all he wants to do is to make friends, have parties, and hopefully win a fight at some point. Hope you have Sims who will love Piney Ridge Trail.

P.S. This lot is almost, but not completely flat. Sorry I didn't notice til after I was well into the build.
