The Cottage Beach house II -- For richer Sims!

Hey Simplayers!

I think I´m in a upload mood, there are more houses coming I built last week!
It´ll be beach houses and mountain cottages, and I´ll upload them now, because it´s summer, and beach and mountain gives a holiday feeling, doesn´t it?

But now to the house.
This is another cottage beach house, 2 story this time, and has space for 3 Sims.
This house is built on the road down to the Wolffs.


The porch is faced to the sea, just like my last beach house, and gives your Sim beatiful beach/sea view. The covered balcony also does.
The mainfloor is an open floorplan with kitchen, dining, living and toilet(partly under the stairs). there are also access to the backyard, where´s a little terrace with outdoor dining and BBQ.
On the second floor your Sims come on a small walk, with access to the bedrooms and bathroom.
The double-/master bedroom has got access to the covered balcony.



On the mainfloor:
Living area
Dining area
Kitchen
1/2 bath
Access to backyard

On the 2nd floor:
Bedroom
Double-/master bedroom w/ access to covered blacony
Bathroom

Covered balcony
Covered porch
BBQ

The house is built on a 20x30 lot and costs: §44.593 Furnished and §33.466 Unfurnished.
