About a week ago I got a PM from a user on this site who asked me to build a house with specific requirements.
The house needed to be grungy and spooky. Also there needed to be enough space for the family. I started working on this
house as soon as I got the request and in a day I finished it.
After I gave the house to the user, I started thinking that this house could be uploaded too. This way the rest of the world
can see it too! So here it is: The Abandoned house!

On the first floor is an open livingspace. There's also a diningarea and a seperate kitchen.
On the second floor is a hall with a sittingspace. There's a bathroom with washer, a masterbedroom and a second bedroom.
In the garden is a space to sit and a pond to fish. The garden is styled very grungy.

- The house is build on a 20x20 lot.
- The price furnished is 41.189.
- The price unfurnished is 22.497.
- The EP's required are Ambitions, World Adventures and Generations.
