The Bare Essentials Collection is a series of three themed starter/inexpensive homes for your sims.

The first, Shore Shack is a beach-themed starter, ideal for a single sim fresh out of CAS.



The lot includes:

Single-person bedroom
Toilet
Outdoor bathing area
Firepit
Parking area

The lot costs $13,691 furnished and $10,757 unfurnished and sits on a 40 x 30 lot (ideal placement at Recurve Strand). Remember, Recurve Strand must be changed to a residential property and then bulldozed in order for you to place the Shore Shack on the lot.


The second lot, Stonehedge is a nice little cottage for your retired or naturalist sims.



The lot includes:
Kitchenette/dining area
Study
Couple's bedroom
Bathroom (entirely indoors)
Pond

The lot costs $19,619 furnished and $16,249 unfurnished. It should be placed at 53 Waterfall Way in Sunset Valley, as the lot is 36 x 47.


The final house, Country Cabin is an ideal home for your aspiring gardeners or fishermen.



The lot includes:
Kitchenette/Dining/Bedroom
Large outdoor deck
Bath house (complete with toilet and bathtub)
And a huge pond

The lot costs $19,662 furnished and $17,664 unfurnished. The lot must be placed at Pinochle Pinnacle in Sunset Valley since the lot is 64 x 64. You'll have the change the lot to residential and then bulldoze it before you place the Country Cabin.
