This is my latest creation, The Little Stone House. It's a cute, little house for a one- or two-person family. If you like cozyness, this is a perfect cute house for you!
On the first floor is a cute little kitchen and a little livingroom. When you're heading upstairs, you arrive in the bedroom. Right next to that, there is the bathroom. It's very big for a house like this.
Outside you got a cute little garden in front of the house.

The house is build on a 10x10 lot, so expect it to be really tiny. The house is furnished with EA-stuff and custom content, but you will need the EP Ambitions.
Price of the house furnished is 26.078 and unfurnished 22.771.


The custom content in the game is Creeping Ivy by lemoncandy and isn't included.
