Hey everyone! While I was making a house this time around, I thought it could be fun to look up house plans to base a house off. I did find a rather good house, so I decided I may as well try it. I was able to pull it off quite similar to how it initially was to look. Though, I'm pretty sure I changed its back quite a bit! I'm sorry, but I don't have the picture of the house, I don't know where I saw it! Only the front, a little, is how it looks similar to it anyway.

I made the first floor rather open.





This house has two bedrooms. I know, only two, but the kids' room, on the main floor, does have two bunk beds. I decided to go for a gender neautral look so that both a guy and girl sim kid could 'tolerate the room'.




While this house (or should I say 'abode'? Ha ha ) doesn't have any third party CC, it does have a few store items. These are in no way necessary. You could use any couches, and you can change the centerpiece of the coffee table.
