Hey all! Loners can be kind of boring to play in sims 3. But I think loner sims with Island Paradise can be more fun to play, especially if they have an awesome secluded home. I know this isn't exactly the eccentric scientist/inventor home. Rather, it is for a cool fishing/snorkeling/swimming/scuba diving-loving type of sim. There is room for one more sim though (as I used a double bed), and there is enough room for some company as well. Just because your sim is a loner doesn't mean he has to be alone all the time!





I added a port onto this home. You can't use it as a residential lot, but you can place a houseboat there if you change it to a port lot. I put one of my houseboats on it, which can be found here. For me, changing the lot type didn't remove any of the objects I placed on it.



I made the top floor with the perfect aquarium lifetime wish in mind.


There's also some spawners around the land. Fishing spawners in the ocean section, seashells, and wildflowers.
