This was once a fruit-packer warehouse in Simcotte (a small town just West of Clermont on the outskirts of Orlando.) Cat saw it one day as she was traveling through Simtral Florida, and knew she had to save it somehow. After inquiring at the local Post Office for any information about the current owners - she finally traced it down to the long defunct Pre-Peeled Fruit Factory. [I'm not makin' this stuff up, folks! There really was a "Pre-Peeled" Fruit place - I always wondered how the fruit grew without any skin? Maybe that's why it's been abandoned for 20+ years? Uh huh...]

A side-note for interested investors -
I made this lot with the aide of Numenor's AGS (what a wonderful tool!) It needs all EPs/SPs installed in order to work properly. I used minimal custom content. Most of which you probably already have, especially if you've used any of my other lots.

You will also need at least one recolor of Jonesi's Bed Blanket - I recommend these: Linen Solids by Amythestfenix @ S2A
And, for the windows, you'll need: Top Artefact by SimtopiX @ MTS2
