A modernish style house situated along a large pond, this is a perfect place for nature-loving sims. It features a large basement which located three bedrooms and a laundry room, as well as an outside dining area. The second floor is mainly a hobby area with an artist's studio, a piano, and a reading area. There is also a pool area on the side of the house.

Built with patch 1.55, with no custom content used. Also, I used some content from Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Seasons, Master Suite and Decades Stuff
