This house has everything you are looking for. The modern exterior design is something you can proudly show your friends and colleagues. The warm and natural colors match your ecocritical aspirations. Since you are a high-flyer anyway, you will soon make enough money to decorate the place to your own taste. After all, mummy has always told you how creative you are.

Even though it's just you, the place has a double bedroom and a relatively large bathroom, because, well, you never know!
