Number Seven, St. Marys Groves is a rather grand example of British architecture from the Post-War era. Dating back to the mid-fifties, this home has undergone few changes throughout following decade and so it still proudly maintains its very own 'period flare'. Of course this era also gave us high-rise tower blocks and housing estates in the form of vast jungles of concrete. But out of this new way of thinking came the modern cul-de-sac and housing estate. Each home was practically identical, from the outside at least, and had a small gardens to the front and rear. Gone were the quirky wooden bay windows of the previous era, replaced with vast sheets of glass in plastic frames.

While the brick and clad exterior of No. 7 is relatively subdued yet imposing and very much identical to its neighbors, the interior is a lot more bold and bright. Most walls and floors were awash with bright colours and bold patterns. While the principal rooms show evidence of the slight changes in taste during this period, the bathrooms and kitchen still very much bare their original character and colour.

Built on a 30 by 30 lot, No. 7 costs 108,285 Simoleons furnished and 70,173 Simoleons unfurnished. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and three reception rooms. Outside you will find a large garden and a good sized separate garage which currently has two empty parking spaces in.

I hope you will appreciate this rather unusual (for me,) upload. There's a few more homes of various different sizes from the cul-de-sac that I have yet to finish, but I intend on uploading them too once they are finished.
