This is one of my long-ago creations I want to share with you too. Made by my friend's request for her "legacy challenge" in Appaloosa Plains. People said they liked the yard and the shadows falling from wooden ceiling overlaps. Oh, I would take a nap in those shadows, if I could. :D

Features
  • Only courtyard, stable and garage are furnished
  • 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, single stable, 2-cars garage
  • Flat lot 30x30
  • Furnished: $ 80 436
  • Unfurnished: $ 63 146
  • Patch 1.33 or higher might be required
  • Tested in game

Content
  • No custom content used.
  • Store: Limited Edition Pet Store Content (doghouse, bowl, rubber dog bone). If you don't have these items, they just won't appear.
  • Pets: a lot of content from this EP were used, so you definately need it to be installed.
  • Showtime: wall flower boxes and stairs. Flower boxes bring the right feeling to the courtyard, so you would want to have Showtime for them.
  • Also there's some minor items from other EPs, very little - like 1 or 2. Not that important.
  • Lot should still be functional without some of the EPs.
