Picked Upload!   This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
First of all, I'd like to thank my downloaders and everyone for your comments, you make me smile.
And I'd like to wish a happy birthday to MTS, its workers and users. Hurray!

Ok, now, this is Urban Jungle - minimalistic house surrounded by wild amount of flora (by the way, my first creation ever, with some improvements). If your sim wants to party and doesn't feel like having a family, I suggest you check it out.

Features
  • 1 bdrm, 1.5 bathrm, entertainment: shuffleboard, bar, pool, jacuzzi, dancefloor on the terrace (looks like carpet), barbecue, etc.
  • Improved appliances and plumbing
  • Flat lot 25x25
  • Furnished: $ 110 720
  • Unfurnished: $ 77 351
  • Tested in game
  • Patch 1.66 or near might be required

Content
No custom or store content used.
Strongly recomended EPs: Late Night, Island Paradise, Into the Future. You may want to have those for the house to look like it is on the screens.
Minor EPs: Seasons, Ambitions, Generations and Showtime (couple items from each one). Oh, and a chair from Pets.
Lot should still be functional without some of the EPs.

See you! Thank you for coming by

Lot Size: 25x25
Lot Price: 110 720
