If you have ever played Sim City 4, you may remember an apartment high rise called "Bell Towers". I was one of my favorite residential buildings in the game and I decided to recreate it for the Sims.
At 70 stories high, it is a bit higher than the original. There is a total of six one-bedroom apartments; four average size ones on the 54th floor and two (one on each tower) are penthouse apartments,
which occupy the highest three levels. On the ground floor is the lobby, gym, bar/restaurant and a coffee shop. The bar/restaurant and coffee shop will only work with this mod made by MogHughson
which allows for working npcs on apartment lots. Albeit unrealistic, there is a helipad on the 54th floor in between the two towers. BEFORE YOU INSTALL THIS BUILDING: If you don't already have
Numenor's Custom Walls Repository & Index installed in your game, you will need download and install that. There are download links to in the installation instructions.
Make sure you read the install instructions tab!!! Also, a good camera hack with a wide zooming range is strongly recommended and a link is provided too.
