Luckily for Katlyn, I already had a house ready for upload that fit most of those characteristics! After doing some tweaks to the original house, it now looks like this:



The end result is a medium sized craftsman-cabin-styled suburban house.

First Floor
- Kitchen
- Dining
- Living Room
- Master Bedroom
- Bathroom
- Garage

Second Floor
- Nursery
- Empty Bedroom
- Spare Room (here used as a TV-Room)
- Bathroom

If you need more space, you have several options: You can 1) Convert the TV-Room into a bedroom 2) Convert the garage into something more useful by replacing the garage door with 4 large windows.

I have some technical difficulties with my PC, meaning I can only create houses using CAW. This is why there are no wide-angle shots of the interior in this house.
