I of course had to do something about this atrocity, so here you go, a starter house in a classic Phoenix design.
The house has a simple floor plan, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen and living room are separate areas.
The Arizona architecture does make the house a bit pricey, meaning you will only find the essentials inside!
