Hey all, I haven't made a split modern in a while. This home is perfect for a sim family with a decent amount of simoleons (~167,000 simoleons is nothing to cough at, but most of my moderns are around this price or more, so it's quite reasonable. You have to anchor the price from something). It's four bedrooms, with a small kids play room and a small playground, so it's perfect for a family! There's also an empty room which could be used as a fifth bedroom or as a hobby room.
