The M&G Empire Bay window resized into a two-tile version and a two-tile version on three-tiles in game. Slaved to the M&G version.

Polygon Counts:
2278 - Inside and Outside [Less than the original since it is one tile smaller mesh wise]
Build / Windows for §320 & §350

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
