One of them sits in the middle of two tiles, the other one is a regular one-tile door; both cost 260§.
The zip contains four packages: the ones named "_RC" have 16 custom colours and require the mega-budget-delite_RC door from here because that contains all the textures. The other two zips have the four default Maxis colours.
