A one bedroom, one bathroom starter home. The open plan has enough space for the kitchen, a dining and living area and the backyard is fenced in while the garden in front has some curb appeal.

This is a versatile lot - it will suit a Sim with a large dog or a number of dogs with the fenced in backyard. It will work for students in a university hood and it could also be a romantic vacation home.
