1. The extensive landscaping is done through the cheats bb.moveobjects , bb.showhiddenobjects , bb.showliveeditobjects.

Make sure MOO is turned on when placing the lot.

2. Apparently when you place the lot as unfurnished , all the plants will be removed too (plus some other debug objects). The best workaround is to just place it fully furnished and just remove the objects inside since the house is just minimally furnished.

3. Since the plants/foliage were from the debug cheat, there is no way you'll be able to clone them if you want to. Either you need to actually buy them in the plants & trees section of build mode , or look through them in the thousands of objects from the debug cheat.

* the reason why the landscaping items were gotten from the debug section instead of normally buying them is to avoid over spending money which would render this house not a 'starter home' anymore. If anyone's asking.

4. There are multiple 'ambient light' objects placed in the house, both from the inside and outside. This is to illuminate the house at night, and also to compensate for the lack of budget to put normal lights in certain rooms of the house. You may remove them if want to.
