Larger than a move-up home, The Cassidy is ready for a growing family. As you approach the home, the wrap-around porch welcomes you in. The first floor features a small foyer, with a small laundry room, mudroom, and side entrance out to the driveway and garage. Go straight through the foyer and you reach the kitchen and dining area, with a small study nook overlooking the backyard. Turn right, and the you enter the family room. Your path to the backyard goes through the formal living room, the room that most retains an old fashioned charm in an otherwise traditional 21st century home.



The second floor features all the bedrooms, including the master suite with an attached full bath, two bedrooms fit for teenagers, and one child's bedroom. Two more full baths are available to the kid's bedrooms. The basement is the social space of the house, with its larger entertaining TV room and the bar and game room. You can shoot pool or enjoy some drinks, and right off the game room sit a music room, small home gym, and one final full bath. The backyard is enclosed with a small garden, patio, and amenities for the kids.



Fun fact: This lot started out as a Queen Anne style victorian. Seeing as though I've never been good at victorians, it quickly became a more traditional farmhouse-type. Go with what works, right?
