Rumor has it that the previous owner of the house died quite young, leaving behind the property and on it a peculiar fountain.
Allegedly the curious qualities of its water would attract and nourish all manner of visitors, welcome or not. Some even whisper
it's because of the fountain that the original owner never left. Surely that's just hearsay...

Hello here's a small house decorated in a minimalistic, modern style with a little bit of flair. Features both deep and soft wood hues contrasting with vibrant jewel tone accents. Gorgeous deck perfectly suited for entertaining. Equipped with pc, tv, stereo, gaming console, easel, gardening spaces, as well as the above mentioned welcome and unwelcome visitors - of many different shapes and forms.

Make sure you have bb.moveobjects OFF when placing the lot. You can tell whether it's
been placed correctly by checking the backyard for missing fountain, easel and most of the plants.

As you can probably tell there are insect spawners placed around the fountain, courtesy of the wonderful
Outdoor Retreat Insect Spawners Unlocked mod by Menaceman44. You don't have to download the
mod in order for this lot to work properly, but it's a really cool thing to have and you absolutely should.
