Ah balconies! It's so lovely to sit outside and listen to the distant chirping of birds while taking in the breeze!
Unless it happens to be the height of summer and your balcony is end to end sunshine and feels more like the scorching desert than your personal haven.

What to do?
Durable, inexpensive and low Poly, Extended Euro Awnings are the answer!

You have only to hand them above your balcony, and voila, instant shade, so you can recline in peace, safe from the sun's scorching rays.
The Euro Awning's design is based on the colorful, long, fabric awnings/curtains that have graced European balconies for ages, keeping them safe from the strong Mediterranean sun.

Let Euro Awnings help you enjoy your balcony even in the hottest of summer days!

Note: Euro Awnings, because of their length, will work best with medium to tall walls. Awnings can be placed close to one another without any cheats. They will, however, require the bb.moveobjects cheat when placing a door. When placing, make sure your balcony is wide enough to allow your Sims free movement. Make sure to also adjust the awning height so that your Sim will easily clear it.
