When I first got Ambitions EP, I was excited to hear Sims are able to receive medicine. Don?t understand why EA made pill as big as bread and cartoony as possible? The Sims 3 game is already Teen rating, EA? why would you EA 'censored] the drug/medicine to look more cartoony? Or probably EA think we players are blind who cannot see small size item?

I resized the pill to make it looks realistic as real life pill. Sorry the pill looks floating, because default Sim's hand animation is like that and cannot be changed.
