Trio Lake Sights: Five Tiny Municipal Buildings

This set of houses is influenced by Tiny Starter Houses built by MystAngel. These five are 1x1 starters with debug off-catalog items and with highest $19.999 price each same way as hers. But mine come with fewer skilling objects (bookcase skills plus one or two extras) and cheaper furnishings. On other hand all of these houses have little room for cash register presumably for home businessman use. Individual descriptions about each house are in next scrolls.













No CC was used
but there are various CC mods used and shown up on vanity pictures:
General tips to place and use the lot:
  • Install using default Sims 2 Pack Installer or S2PCI
  • Houses will appear in your lot catalogue with previews on dirt terrain and different surroundings.
  • Police Department has foundation level jail which might be not good for placement on height close to water surface.
  • All lots except Fire Station have one pool tile required for water shaders to work.
  • Remember that tiles between pathway and carriageway shown on screenshots will skip to default after you place the lot. You can fill it yourself as needed using moveobjects on cheat. Those area is not changing total lot price.
  • All bushes can be trimmed; but not all flowers are accessible without mods. Flowers in Telephone Exchange are inaccessible without mods.

Known bugs, issues and tips:
  • Unfortunately for your sims, objects being placed on sale trays in these houses doesn't mean this tray is used for sale. In particular, telephones in Telephone Exchange, potions in Chemist's, cash registers in Printing House. All these items are not available for sale and I think this make sense.
  • Each house has a door or a gate to prevent visitors to enter sitting room. You can lock the door near cash register for household only.
  • Due to small room size sometimes customers are clogging sim routes and door portals. I don't think there is such an issue. There are tiny lots after all.

Updates:
  • 30.03.23: Telephone Exchange updated with more accurate switchboards. Bulbs have been fixed to turn on and off autonomously. Corresponding pictures are replaced.
