Welcome to Elm Street 1203!
This mid -70 home can house your family without emptying your wallet.
Ok, it might not be the most modern (or stylish) home but the furnishings handed down from grandma are functional atleast. You might want to renovate a bit but the foundation is solid and there is more than enough room for your growing family.
There is a combined dining/familyroom where you will also find a cozy fireplace and some space a home office. The kitchen is a bit dated but the adjoining laundryroom makes it look a little more modern....I think....

The master bedroom has some questionable color choices but hey, who am I to judge It has two wardrobes and a small ensuite.
There are two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom, they are ready for your kids or you could just use them for something else, the sky is the limit

There is a good size garage and if you can´t afford a car you could always turn it into a hobbyroom

The garden has play areas for the children aswell as a nice deck to relax and have a family BBQ.
