Hello and welcome!

Ages ago I've had a whole neighborhood, completely filled with my recreations of the houses I've seen irl, which was made specifically for those builds. But apparently, it was lost when I got a new PC, as despite the many attempts to find it, I still couldn't figure out where did it go.

Though recently, when I was digging through my files, looking for something completely unrelated, I accidentally found some old screenshots of six houses from that neighborhood (which somehow made their way into another neighborhood's files?...) and decided to recreate the recreations because since the 'hood might be lost forever, at least now I can have something else left of it other than a bunch of old, low quality pics lol.

Now, let's talk about the lots:

Pluto Road 16

This little mansion is probably my favorite house of the bunch. Though I'm pretty sure it wasn't copied from an irl house and was built by a plan I saw somewhere on Pinterest, I do remember that it was placed in the neighborhood along with my recreations, so I decided to include it anyway. I'm also 100% secure that it was supposed to be bigger on said plan, but since I always had issues with proportions, it turned out to be so compact. And honestly? I like it better this way.
It's a two story house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The yard is filled with greenery and also offers a pool and a driveway that can fit up to 4 or 5 cars.
The price is 69.188.

Mars Drive 34

This bright little house was based on one of the cottages I saw in the village my sister lives in. Not a big fan of the color combo, but that's what the original looked like so eh.
There's one floor and a little room upstairs that can be used for whatever you desire. The first floor offers one bedroom, two bathrooms, a glazed terrace and the rest is one huge open space. In the backyard you can find a garage for two cars and a pool.
The price is 47.471.

Jupiter Lane 58

Another house that came from my sister's village and I won't lie, I personally think I went a little bit lazy with this one. I mean, it still looks fine, but I could've gone slightly more creative on the back wall.
But anyway, this two story house is perfect for a family with kids as it is quite spacious, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The extension on the left might be my favorite thing about this build.
The price is 64.114.

Neptune Street 72

I can't recall where this one came from, but it's definitely the most simple and modern looking of the pack.
Two floors, one bedroom, two bathrooms and a big, empty backyard. Good for a young couple, in my opinion.
The price is 46.469.

Venus End 4

This build is actually a mix of two different houses I saw somewhere not far from my family's summer cottage and since, judging my the screenshots I found, it wasn't finished, I decided to add a little twist to it and make it look like it was abandoned halfway through the building process. So now it's up to you to decide what you want to make it into.
Not much to say about it, everything is in the pictures.
The price is 37.560.

Sunny Avenue 90

The last house in the pack is based on the cottage that is located just one lot away from my sister's place. While the color sceme is almost exactly the same as it is irl (the real house is more on a pastel yellow side and the roof is closer to a teal shade), the overall shape went through some slight changes to make it look a bit more interesting.
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, big back porch and a balcony that goes around the house's corner. Spacious backyard with a gazebo.
The price is 52.542.

The size of every lot is 50x30, they're all unfurnished and CC free.

Have a nice one!
