Hello and welcome!

For the past few months I've been slowly but surely working on yet another neighborhood (I keep telling myself I should stop making them because it's way too time consuming, but I just can't help it lol) and I decided to share a couple residential lots that I've made for it because I think they are quite nice and someome might want them separately from the 'hood.

Cranbrook Lane 4



Just a small looking cottage with three bedrooms (I used one of them as a living room though when I moved a family in) and two bathrooms.
The price is 17.196, the size is 30x30.

Cranbrook Lane 3



A house that is similar to the previous one, but looks slightly less modern. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a little closet.
The price is 17.326, the size is 30x30.

Thunderbird Lane 3



The most modern house of the pack. Only one bedroom and one bathroom, but the rest of the place is quite spacious, plus there's a built in garage.
The price is 17.343, the size is 40x20.

All three builds are completely unfurnished, CC free and Pinterest inspired.
