This is not really a spectacular home but I set myself a challenge to build a tiny home with 2 bedrooms a full bath, kitchen and dining area. I was successful (just barely). It is a tier 3 tiny home which means in addition to the traits that I chose Chef's Kitchen, Child's Play and Good Schools the lot has the perks Lighten the Load (uses less energy, which means lower bills) and Feelin' fine all the time (Happy, Inspired and Focused buffs last twice as long). In addition the lot is a starter that is less than $20,000.
