This upscale house straight out of Oasis Springs is perfect for a family with several children. Offering comfortably furnished interiors and amazing view of the outside that make you overlook the price tag.

Hello, simmers!

This is a remake of one of my favourite houses from TS4, here for your enjoyment! This house will fit well in Monte Vista, Lucky Palms or Starlight Shores.

Everything is as closely matched to the original as possible baring some minor changes necessary due to the differences in build mode between the games.

Custom Content

I used several items converted from TS4 to better match the original and a couple of CC windows, because sadly none of game content worked for this house:
I also have both Shiftable Televisions Mod by celtysims and Hidden Stencils Unlocked Mod by simsi45. Without those, I cannot guarantee the house will look identical to the pictures or things don't suddenly glitch the first time you try to move something.

Store Content

Only two store items were used for this project, both of them doors, and only because I couldn't find game equivalent that would fit the aesthetic of the house:

I used only one table from Katy Perry's Sweet Treats Pack for the garden. You can still play without it installed, the game will replace it with another one without problems.
