Hibiscus (Apartments for Sunlit Tides)

Hi guys!

I was so annoyed when none of apartments shipped with Late Night fit in Sunlit Tides. Not in lot size and certainly not in style. So I decided to make my own!

Now, I proudly present you Hibiscus. A set of four lovely houses made specially for Sunlit Tides, just waiting for any family wishing to experience the wonders (and annoyances) of living close to your neighbours. Each house has an unique configuration of rooms and is fully furnished in a range of styles, to better fit the tastes of its residents.

Regarding Store Content
I marked some worlds as Required Content for this mod. However, for the most part, I only used a few items from them. So if you don't have one of those worlds installed, then the game will just replace them with a similar item from what is available. The list is below:

• Monte Vista: The Bravo Bistro Dining Chair
• Roaring Heights: Straightforward Short Bookcase End

Now for the Sunlit Tides, this one will not be as easily replaced. I made those apartments specifically to use for this world, so most of the plants on the lot are from this set, barring the palm tree and the decorative banana plant from the Base Game. Plus there's the furniture and CASt patterns from that set used for houses. So please take into the consideration that if you don't have Sunlit Tides installed, those items will be replaced at random and you will likely have to modify the lot extensively before playing.

Similarly, you don't need all of the store objects listed in the Download tab, so long as you don't mind them getting replaced at random. I do however recommend getting both Porterman Glass Doors and The Now & Then Century Manor set for Railing Against the Colonel balustrade. They fit the aesthetics of these apartments the best from all the available options.

There is one single lamp that's a CC. It's A Budding Flower by Flora Llamp from a converted Art Nouveaulicious Set from TS2 by TheJim07.

I uploaded one version for each of the houses on the lot, plus a "blank" in case somebody wants to play with all of them at once, make some edits or turn it into UL-style apartments instead. Available in individual packages or as all-in version, just download whichever one you want.
