Monte Vista is a wonderful town, full of picturesque sights and new things to discover. The only downside? If your Sims want to live in an apartment building, they're out of luck. None of the apartments shipped with Late Night fit this place, not in style and not in lot size.

But not anymore!

Because now they can move into Regalia Apartments, a set of apartments in what was once a townhouse in the very centre of Monte Vista's own Regalia Court! With it, your Sims can now experience the wonders of living close to the cultural centre of the town, without giving up on having all their neighbours and friends nearby.

Store Content

I made this apartment building for Monte Vista, specifically out of the house already at 8 Regalia Court. As such, there are decorations and furniture shipped with this Store pack that were used in the lot. I strongly recommend having the required Store content installed. I cannot guarantee that everything will work as intended if you download this lot without it.

Mods

I have the mod to unlock hidden stencils by simsi45. The lot will work without it but in that case, CASting any of the furniture will likely result in the stencils changing to the basic version.

Lot Details

This is an LN-style townhouse with apartments for your Sims. There are eight versions, one for each of the apartments available and a "blank" version in case you want to make your own changes, play all the apartments at once or turn it into UL-style dormitory.

Each apartment has a fully furnished kitchen and dining area, all bathrooms and one furnished bedroom. I left the rest of the rooms empty, so that you can furnish them however you like.

There are also communal areas available for all residents. There is a hall suitable for hosting small parties, a gym open for all Sims living on the lot, a small playground for any children who might live there and in the other courtyard there's a fire pit where Sims might relax and eat marshmallows.

Lot Size: 60 x 20

The lot size is non-standard. As such, I recommend putting it at 8 Regalia Court where the original house was. Otherwise, you will either need to make major changes to the lot to account for the empty space available or download a mod to allow placing non-standard sized lots.
