This is something I made a long time ago but suddenly decided I wanted to upload it.

It's a modern style house with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a combined living room, dining room and office, 1 kitchen and hobby room.

I know it's not the prettiest house out there but I had really liked it back when I first built it. If you do too, feel free to download!

The screenshots are in Isla Paradiso, however I think the build would fit just as well or if not better in Sunset Valley or Appaloosa Plains.
