Blue Haven- a small island in a big world.



This is a neighbourhood that I built many years ago. For a long time I shared it in my journal here, but this is the first time I have made a formal upload of it. If you already have the version I shared in my journal, you don't need to redownload, as the only differences are minor cosmetic and language fixes.


Blue Haven is a decorated main neighbourhood with residential and community lots. It has one subhood, Starrybeach University. There are no sims in either neighbourhood.

Blue Haven and Starrybeach are made using all EPs and SPs on a fully patched game. You will need a patched game with all EPs and SPs, or else the Ultimate Collection, to play this neighbourhood.

All lots for these neighbourhoods were built by me, in situ, in these neighbourhoods. Most of the designs are by me, but some of the designs were based on Maxis designs (Sims 1, Sims 2 and Lifestories- you may recognise the Beaker house from Strangetown rebuilt as a Secret Society!); some lots were based on designs by Tolli of Simgedoehns, full credits and thanks to them; some lots were based on designs by Squeam at Modthesims, full credits and thanks to them.

Blue Haven and Starrybeach are built on terrains made by me in SimCity 4 (Asundra and Denigar); I have added these as an optional Download.

Without these items, the neighbourhood will look and function differently.

Known issues:


This neighbourhood was made with the Starrybeach University subhood attached. There is no separate version of the main neighbourhood, nor is there a separate version of the University subhood. However, as with all of my content, please feel free to use my files to make your own separated versions of these hoods. You may share the hoods and lots freely, and use them as you like. Have fun!
