This is a simple home. It has one room (which includes bedroom, kitchen, dining and living rooms all in one) and an "outhouse".

The outhouse had to be made as a 4-tile square, to keep the roof the right way (although the roof looks a bit too tall).

A typical outhouse is only one tile, but then it either wouldn't have a door, or have a bowl, so it wouldn't be a functional outhouse with one of those two things missing. Since it is 4 tiles, I added a shower.

The pond is swimmable. If the Sims try to exit in any area other then the ladder, just put a fence around the pond.

It has a cost of only $19,102, so two Sims can be moved in with no troubles.

There is a phone, television, and radio for entertainment, and swimming for excercise. You will need to provide a bookcase for learning (and there is still a bit of room left for one).

If you want to make it less expensive, so they can afford a bookcase, just sell off a couple treesbefore you move the Sims in.. They won't notice.
