I am new to playing the sims and very new to making houses in the game.
so I know this house is nothing special but I thaught someone would like
it.

3 bedroom
2.5 Bathrooms
nice living room
big kitchen
has pool and sunken hot tub

First floor has Living room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Guest Bathroom, Master Bedroom And Master Bathroom.

Second floor has, 2 more bedrooms a loft and another bathroom.
Much of the second floor is open to the first floor.

out back on the deck there is a hot tub, down the stairs is a nice pool.
Also on the deck is a nice place to put a table and chairs, for BBQ's and what not.

I hope someone can make a nice home out of this
