Techincal Mumbojumbo:
All Maxis content except for a single handicapped floortile that I can't remember for the life of me where I got it (if its yours, send me a message and I'll put it on here). Is a pretty large lot with a lot of unneeded stuff.
To improve performance:
If you have a slower computer, remove one of the second stove, the cash register (you can't buy anything here anyway), the two decorative fountains and all the speakers. This will speed it up considerably.
All expansions are needed for this to work!
