Small Community Lot to have fun

Lot where you can just enjoy your sims.

There are a small restaurant, Boutiqe, and a club with pool tables, little dance floor and a bar on this Lot.

And there is also a grocery at the corner.

I think this Lot is very nice and it's easy and fun to be on it.


There are 6 NPC's on this lot, but itself it's not that big - 2*3.
