Well, this is the third one.

I managed him to look from outside like the previous ones, but the layout is completely different, and so is the mood.
This one is bright and colorfull.

On the first floor there is a garage plus addition space for Sims's stuff,
like old objects that you may use in future, child crib for example.
So it will look like real garage with junk in it.
And there is also a little hall, where i put a wardrobe.

On the second floor there is a living space will kitchen, livingroom,breakfast corner, bathroom and bedroom, which has enough space to add a studyroom stuff.

And of caurse a little garden, where you can place a pool later.

This house is my favorite one because it's very warm and cosy.

The house is fully furnished with basic stuff like bed or bookcase.

There is no car in the garage, it's up to you to pick one and place
there.
