Little quite restaurant for your home neighborhood

I just thaught that there is a lack of little restourants, where you can have simple lunch with your friends or family. So i made one.

Restaurant is outside without roof, so you can really enjoy those sunny days you have in your Simerville.
Inside there are a pub and a little dancefloor, also there is a piano at the corner for those of your Sims who love to play and show their Creativity level (and to make a little cash with it :-)).

It very suits for those of your Sims who don't wanna go Downtown, but just want to relax and enjoy their Fried Chiken and a couple of drinks at their home neighborhood.

It's a small lot 2*2.

*There are no hacks and/or custom content in this package.

It requiers Nightlife to play, but i think it will play fine without University, though i can't tell for sure, cause i have one.
So maybe a couple of things will disapier, nothing critical.
